How it works
From the table to your folder

Make an event
Name it, choose the dates and print the QR code. A PIN is optional.

Guests scan and add photos
They open a link on their phone, say who they are if they like, and pick photos. No app, no account.

You collect them
Look through everything in one place, tidy up, and download it all as a ZIP.
A QR code for the table
Print it on cards or show it on a screen. The short link works too.
You decide what shows
Hide or delete any photo, approve photos before others see them, block a guest, or pause uploads.
Private with a PIN
Add a PIN and only people you give it to can join. Without one, guests see only their own photos until you approve more.
A link for the couple
Give the hosts their own private link to look through and tidy up the photos. You can turn it off any time.
Guests can report a photo
Two reports hide a photo until you've looked at it, and we email you.
Take everything home
Download every photo as a ZIP, full size or smaller for sharing. Big events come in parts.

Start free, give an event more room when it needs it
Every studio can run Free events. Plus and Pro are for bigger events, and they only raise the limits: nothing you've collected is ever deleted by an upgrade.

A studio can have two Free events running at once. During early access, Plus and Pro passes are added to your account by us, and paid Vaultpx plans include some each year.
